Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the radiology center.
Ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
Maintain seamless relations with government hospital authorities.
Act as the liaison for the Public-Private Partnership.
Supervise and schedule clinical and administrative staff.
Oversee the center's budget and billing processes.
Track operational costs and drive revenue growth.
Ensure high uptime for equipment.
Uphold strict radiation safety and data privacy compliance.
Monitor key performance metrics and report to regional leadership.
Requires a Healthcare Administration degree and 3+ years of diagnostic center management experience.
Requirements:
Experience in diagnostic center operations preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of workflow and radiation safety protocols preferred.
