We are looking for an productive and responsible Centre Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensure smooth workflow, coordinate with staff and provide excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the centre.
Manage staff schedules, attendance and duty allocation.
Ensure smooth patient flow and proper front-office coordination.
Handle patient enquiries, appointments and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with doctors, technicians and other departments.
Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
Maintain daily reports, registers and operational records.
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding administrative and operational requirements.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline and proper maintenance of the centre.
Support management in achieving operational targets and improving service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospital, healthcare or diagnostic centre operations.
Experience in team coordination and centre administration is preferred.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to handle patients and staff professionally.
Multitasking and decision-making skills.
