Roles
Lead and manage the overall operations of the educational centre.
Provide strategic direction and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Supervise, guide, and motivate teaching and administrative staff.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student development.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily centre operations, administration, and academic activities.
Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and development.
Monitor teaching quality and ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
Develop strategies for student enrolment, retention, and centre growth.
Handle parent concerns, staff issues, and operational challenges.

Requirements




Bachelor's Degree in Education, Management, or any relevant field.
12–15 years of relevant skilled experience in the education sector.
Proven experience in managing an educational institution, school, preschool, or learning centre.
Solid leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable administrative, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative reporting.

Degree Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
