Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Center Head to manage the overall operations and administration of a 100-bedded hospital, ensuring productive functioning, quality patient care, financial performance, and effective coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and overall administration.
Manage and coordinate clinical and non-clinical departments.
Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, bed occupancy, and operational performance.
Ensure effective manpower planning and team management.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, HODs, and support departments.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies,



NABH standards, and regulatory requirements.
Handle patient grievances and improve patient satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and hospital growth.

Required Skills & Eligibility
MBA in Healthcare Management / MHA is mandatory.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in hospital administration or operations.
Experience managing a 100-bedded or multispeciality hospital is preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, team management and decision-making skills.
Valuable understanding of hospital operations, financial management and quality standards.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
