Internship Overview

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support travelers during their trips and assist the CX team in ensuring a smooth, stress-free travel experience. You will gain exposure to client communication, problem resolution, destination knowledge, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist as a point of contact for customers during their travel




Support issue identification and resolution
Learn destination knowledge and assist customers
Support emergency and escalation handling
Assist in tracking customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams

Internship Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team.

Internship Duration & Work Details
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: All Sundays
Monthly Leave: One paid leave per month (excluding Sundays).
Other leave is permitted only during exam or viva periods.
Stipend Details - Chennai: 8,000 per month
