Role Overview

We are looking for a Blended Customer Support Associate to handle international customer queries through voice and chat channels. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, experience handling customer issues and escalations, and the ability to deliver quality support in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Handle international customer queries through inbound voice and chat channels.
Manage complex customer issues and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain performance standards across key metrics such as CSAT, QA, TTR and FCR.
Handle high-volume customer interactions across multiple support channels.
Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving,



and customer-handling skills.
Use AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or AI copilots to improve customer service efficiency.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:
FinTech and financial services
Banking
Insurance
Cryptocurrency / Crypto

Crypto industry experience will be an added advantage. However, candidates with robust experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments will also be considered.
