Job Summary: We are seeking self-motivated individuals passionate about sales and real estate to drive our business growth. This role offers unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads into sales for real estate properties.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends.
Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to earn incentives.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.





Requirements:
Any graduate (Freshers are very welcome to apply!)
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Confidence, persistence, and a result-driven mindset.
Willingness to work in a target-based environment.

Work Setting: The work is primarily office-based at our head office in jayanagara 7th block Bengaluru, with site visits occurring about once a week.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
