Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned channel branches daily to drive sales and support branch teams.
Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners to generate leads and closures; maintain pipeline details.
Conduct product training, joint calls, and follow-ups with branch employees for lead generation.
Ensure accurate documentation, proposal submissions, KYC adherence, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Maintain daily MIS and share activity reports with the reporting manager.
Lead and manage cross-sell opportunities through bancassurance products with branch channels.
Meet walk?in customers at branches to identify and close cross?sell opportunities.
Perform renewal calls for existing customers to identify upsell prospects and ensure retention.
