Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
Assist customers with healthcare-related services, appointments, and bookings.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain call quality and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
