Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution
Understand business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for new system enhancements.
Prepare UAT test cases, scenarios, and test scripts based on requirements.
Execute test cases, record observations, and track defects.
Defect

Logging & Tracking
Identify gaps, bugs, and deviations from expected functionality.
Log defects in the designated tracking tool and follow up for resolution with development teams.
Re?test fixed items and ensure closure before deployment.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper records of test cases, results, screenshots, and test logs.
Prepare daily/weekly UAT status reports for stakeholders.
Document findings clearly and concisely for tech and product teams.
Coordination with Stakeholders
Work closely with Product, Tech, Operations, and Business teams to understand requirements and clarify queries.
Participate in requirement discussions, sprint reviews, and release readiness meetings.
Go?Live Support
Assist in sanity checks and final validations during production deployment.




Provide post?go?live monitoring support and highlight any early issues.
Continuous

Improvement
Suggest improvements to testing processes, checklists, and quality standards.
Learn product behaviour, system workflows, and business rules to improve test accuracy.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in UAT, QA testing, or digital product operations.
Knowledge of functional testing and basic understanding of SDLC/Agile methodology is preferred.

Solid attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately.
Positive understanding of digital workflows, basic technical concepts, and business processes.
Proficiency in documentation, test case preparation, and reporting.
Analytical thinking with problem?solving ability.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
