Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security OT Engineer with expertise in OT/ICS security, industrial automation and product security. The candidate will drive CRA compliance, implement SSDLC practices and conduct cybersecurity risk assessments across industrial products.

Responsibilities
Leades.
Implement and assess Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and threat modelling.
Identify vulnerabilities and define risk mitigation strategies.
Implement security controls for PLC, SCADA Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance initiativ, ICS and embedded systems.
Ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and other cybersecurity standards.
Support security audits, documentation and vulnerability management.
Guide engineering teams on secure-by-design practices.

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / OT Security / Product Security.
Solid knowledge of OT, ICS, PLC and SCADA Security.
Experience with SSDLC,



Threat Modelling and Risk Assessment.
Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA and EtherNet/IP.
Experience with at least two frameworks: IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP.
Familiarity with SAST/DAST and Vulnerability Assessment tools.

CRA implementation experience.
Embedded Linux and Firmware Security.
SBOM Management.
Cloud-connected industrial products.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Automation or a related field.
