Role Overview

As a BDA, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents and institutions. You will generate leads, explain our programs, and convert interest into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp and email and understand their career goals
Present TeachGrow's courses, internships, certifications and placement programs
Follow up consistently and close enrollments to meet monthly targets
Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, colleges and social channels
Maintain lead status, follow-ups and conversion data in the CRM




Handle objections and queries with clear, honest communication
Coordinate with the product and operations team for smooth onboarding of enrolled learners
Share regular feedback from the market to help improve our offerings

Requirements
Any graduate or final-year student (any stream)
Strong communication in English and Kannada/Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
Confident on calls, persuasive and comfortable with targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp/email outreach
Self-driven, quick learner and a valuable team player

Valuable to Have
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling or EdTech
Understanding of lead funnels and CRM tools
