As a Business Development (Sales) Intern at SmartEd Innovations, you’ll support day-to-day sales outreach and help build strong, qualified relationships with prospective customers. You’ll develop practical experience in inside sales, communication, and follow-up while working closely with the team.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Identify and organize prospective contacts using information and tools provided by the team.
Reach out to prospects by phone, email, or other approved channels, introducing SmartEd Innovations clearly and professionally.
Use spoken English confidently to understand prospects’ needs, answer basic questions, and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Write concise, well-structured sales emails and follow-up messages tailored to each conversation.
Track outreach, responses, and next steps accurately in the team’s records or sales tools.
Schedule meetings for the sales team and confirm details with prospects.




Share recurring questions and feedback from prospects with the team to help improve outreach.
