Job Title: Tele-collection Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Tele-collection Executives.
Drive collection targets for overdue and delinquent loan accounts.
Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and call quality.
Handle escalated customer cases and payment-related issues.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maximum collection efficiency.
Track bucket-wise collections and achieve monthly targets.
Provide regular training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI collection guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Telecollection.




At least 1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred.
Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech collections.
Positive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Robust knowledge of collection buckets, DPD, PTP, and recovery processes.
