We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to generate new business, acquire customers, promote gold loan products, and support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities for gold loan products.
Acquire recent customers through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and services to customers.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
Coordinate with branch teams for customer onboarding and loan processing.
Follow up with existing customers for renewals and repeat business.
Maintain customer details, lead records, and daily activity reports.
Support promotional campaigns and business development activities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
