Responsibilities
Follow up with recent customer enquiries and generate sales.
Coordinate with sales executives for lead conversion.
Follow up on pending bookings and lost leads.
Conduct post-delivery customer satisfaction calls.
Generate referral leads from existing customers.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for resolution.
Maintain customer database and daily CRM reports.
Promote repeat sales, exchange and upgrade opportunities.
Required Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication and telephone handling skills.
Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge.
Experience in automobile sales/CRM preferred.
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
