Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, preferably in the logistics, freight, or 3PL industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling and self-sourcing.
Identify and acquire current clients.
Pitch logistics and freight services to potential customers.
Negotiate deals and close business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.

Requirements:
Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Logistics or freight industry experience preferred.
Solid cold calling and lead generation skills.
US/international market exposure is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working US night shifts.
