Key Responsibilities:
Monitor training programs and ensure quality implementation.
Coordinate with trainers, schools, and district-level teams.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and MEPSC compliance.
Maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Resolve on-ground operational challenges and ensure smooth execution.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor training activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, training, education operations, or field operations.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
Solid communication, coordination, and people management skills.
Positive problem-solving and organizational abilities.
