Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Coordinator to manage and coordinate with various design consultants, ensuring smooth integration of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design requirements. The candidate should have a basic understanding of design principles, authority approval norms, and project planning, along with robust communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and allied consultants.
Review and coordinate design drawings to ensure proper integration of all services.
Understand basic authority norms and requirements for statutory approval drawings.
Possess basic knowledge of structural concepts and MEP spatial planning.
Understand soil investigation reports and soil strata.
Review and understand project area statements.
Ensure timely coordination and submission of design deliverables.
Maintain effective communication with consultants and internal project teams.
