Job Responsibilities
Manage daily data center inventory and material records.
Maintain and verify inventory of servers and hardware components, including RAM, processors, NVMe, SSD, HDD, GPUs, chassis, cables, and other server parts.
Check material availability and maintain updated inventory records.
Maintain rack information, rack allocation, and server placement details.
Coordinate with data center teams for daily operations and material-related activities.
Coordinate with vendors for material delivery.
Track courier shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.
Perform operating system (OS) installation.
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.

Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic knowledge of server hardware and components.
Understanding of data center operations and rack management.
Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows OS installation.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and data center teams.
