Monitor district-level training programs and ensure quality delivery.
Coordinate with trainers, schools, and district sales teams.
Ensure compliance with MEPSC standards and maintain proper documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools.
Address on-ground operational challenges and ensure smooth execution.
Track performance and prepare regular progress reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, training, or field operations.
Solid organizational and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
