We are looking for an experienced and qualified Factory Medical Officer (FMO) to join our team at a reputed industrial company in Pirpainti, Bihar.

Job Responsibilities
Provide medical consultation and emergency medical care to employees at the Occupational Health Centre (OHC).
Manage workplace medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance and referral services.
Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain employee medical records.
Monitor occupational health and workplace safety requirements.
Maintain OHC documentation, medical registers, and reports.
Coordinate with the HR, Safety, and Occupational Health teams.
Ensure proper medical care and compliance with applicable occupational health requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: MBBS with valid registration from MCI/NMC or State Medical Council.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience is mandatory.




Experience in industrial healthcare, Factory Medical Services, or Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations will be preferred.
Solid clinical knowledge and emergency management skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Duty & Advantages

Weekly off as per roster.
Monthly CTC: ₹95,000.
