We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team and develop cutting-edge concepts for advertising, digital marketing, branding, and video production projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and production professionals.
Develop creative concepts, advertising strategies, campaign ideas, and brand identities.
Oversee the creation of promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Content, Sales, and Production departments.
Review and approve creative designs, videos, scripts, and other deliverables.
Understand client requirements and convert them into effective creative solutions.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct brainstorming sessions and encourage cutting-edge ideas.
Maintain creative quality and consistency across all projects.




Stay updated with the latest creative trends, AI tools, and digital marketing technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a creative leadership or creative management role.
Strong knowledge of graphic design, video editing, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
Experience in managing creative teams and handling multiple projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative tools.
Knowledge of AI-based design and video production tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Solid creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage client requirements.
