Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business operations strategies and policies.
Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.
Monitor organizational performance and ensure operational efficiency.
Lead and manage department heads and operational teams.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify prospects for process improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Support business growth initiatives and strategic planning.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational expenditures.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on long-term business objectives.
Drive innovation and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Pay: ₹199,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
