We are hiring Customer Service Executives to assist customers with service-related inquiries. Candidates should have valuable communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and service requests.
Provide information related to products and services.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain customer records and service quality.
Ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of customer support experience required.
Freshers are not eligible.
Graduates only.
Valuable English communication skills.
B2 communication level required.
No grammatical mistakes and minimal mother tongue influence.
Basic customer service knowledge.

Work Schedule:
6 days working with Sunday fixed week-off.
9-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
No cab facility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
