Reducing vendor-related risks Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.

Conducting interviews with recent vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
Ensuring service delivery. B) Child Parts Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
