Job Title: Azure Cloud Operations Engineer L3

Overview

We are seeking experienced Cloud Operations Engineer L3 to support and operate Client’s Azure environment while contributing to ongoing cloud migration initiatives. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Azure operations, production support, automation, and migration activities rather than architecture or transformation leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain Azure infrastructure including Compute, Networking, Security, and Storage.
Manage incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform reliability.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Support Azure DevOps pipelines, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
Assist with migration of workloads from on-premises environments to Azure.
Drive automation through PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python scripting.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Robust hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure services.
Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management experience.




Cloud operations and production support experience in enterprise environments.
Solid troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Highly Desirable
Azure migration project experience.
Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python).
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) support experience.
Experience supporting internal or managed service customers.

Nice to Have
Azure Landing Zones, Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework.
Azure Web Application Firewall(WAF), Private Networking, and Private DNS Resolver.
RBAC, Azure Policy, and governance controls.
Experience using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted engineering tools.
