Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Executive with strong practical knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in bulk data entry, data uploading, data migration, and managing large volumes of business data accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Perform bulk data entry and data uploading in ERP systems.
Manage and maintain business data using Odoo ERP.
Handle large volumes of data with speed and accuracy.
Perform bulk import/export operations and data migration.
Verify, validate, and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Handle customer, vendor, product, inventory, and other business-related records.
Identify and correct data discrepancies and duplicate entries.




Maintain proper documentation and data records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and data management.
Proven experience in bulk data entry and bulk data uploading.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage large volumes of data within deadlines.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience Candidates with prior experience in Odoo ERP, ERP data management, bulk data entry, and data migration are preferred.

Job Location: Muscat, Oman
