Servicio IT Solutions is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to manage our end-to-end technical hiring process. In this role, you will identify, engage, and place top-tier technology talent across various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requirement analysis, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.
Source active and passive candidates using job portals and social platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates on technical competencies.
Coordinate technical assessments and client interview rounds, ensuring a prompt feedback loop and positive candidate experience.
