Profile: Telecaller Executive - Domestic BPO

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
Basic English communication skills
Comfortable working with 1 rotational week off

Salary: Upto 14,000 In hand

Key Responsibilities:
Provide product and card information to customers.
Handle customer calls professionally.
Explain company products and services.
Maintain quality customer interactions and resolve queries effectively.

Shift Details:
Full time (9 Hours)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
1 Rotational Week Off
