Role Description The Business Development Manager role at SitesMaker.online is a full-time, on-site position based in Nawabganj. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s digital solutions and services. Daily tasks include researching potential markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing and negotiating proposals, and collaborating with technical and design teams to align solutions with client needs.





The Business Development

Manager will also track sales performance, gather market feedback, and contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach and strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management
Experience in market research, lead generation, and opportunity analysis
Ability to understand and communicate digital solutions, including websites and web applications
Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and persuasive communication
Comfort working with cross-functional teams, including technology and design professionals
Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
Relevant experience in IT services, digital agencies, or technology consulting is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Solid command of written and spoken English; additional local language skills are a plus
Ability to work on-site in Nawabganj and engage directly with clients and team members
