We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with robust expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, preferably within the Education and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of business logic in institutional and healthcare systems, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and scalability

Responsibilities
Analyze user requirements in education and healthcare systems and translate them into
functional and technical specifications.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET applications.
Participate in architecture design, integration planning, and technology decision-making.
Identify system bottlenecks and bugs and develop effective, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including academic, clinical, and administrative departments.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA-like
standards where applicable).
Participate in code reviews,



testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills & Technologies
Programming Languages: .NET, C#
Frameworks & Tools: ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API
Database: SQL Server
Additional Skills (Preferred): Exposure to healthcare information systems (HIMS), student or ERP portals, and third-party API integrations.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to deliver within defined timelines and maintain quality standards.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on performance and reliability.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in Education and/or Healthcare IT systems will be a robust advantage.
