Key Responsibilities
Perform molecular biology techniques, including PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, and gel electrophoresis.
Handle mammalian cell culture, cell maintenance, passaging, and cryopreservation.
Support molecular cloning, transfection, and cell-based experiments.
Maintain laboratory records, SOPs, and safety standards.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Molecular Biology and Mammalian Cell Culture.
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and laboratory practices.
Familiarity with CRISPR/Cas9 technology will be an added advantage
