Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation: Research, outline, and write explicit, concise, and persuasive B2B marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, eBooks, email campaigns, and pitch decks.
Thought Leadership: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership teams, and account managers to turn complex business concepts into engaging content pieces.
SEO & Demand Generation: Write SEO-optimized content that ranks on search engines while driving lead generation and pipeline conversion.
Sales Enablement: Produce high-impact sales copy, brochures, one-pagers, and presentation decks to support the sales team across various funnel stages.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all written materials align with brand guidelines, target audience personas, and distinct tone-of-voice requirements for both Mentco and Verity Global Solutions.
Content Performance Analysis: Partner with marketing analytics to monitor content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rate) and continuously iterate content strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:



Minimum 4+ years of dedicated B2B content writing experience in SaaS, professional services, consulting, or technology domains.
B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, sales funnels, demand generation, and inbound marketing.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of content formats (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, long-form articles, ad copy).
Skills:
Exceptional written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid SEO writing capabilities and keyword research experience.
Ability to grasp complex corporate, technical, and business services topics quickly and make them into lucid easy language for audience to understand.
Tools: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
