We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle warranty ticket creation and backend data management using the WIM application.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Create Warranty NCR tickets in the WIM application based on customer complaints and service reports.
Verify and enter customer details, product information, and complaint descriptions accurately.
Ensure correct ticket categorization, prioritization, and assignment.
Review requests for missing information and coordinate with internal teams for clarification.
Track ticket status and update records regularly.
Maintain data accuracy and meet defined turnaround times (TAT).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Escalate incomplete or delayed cases to the concerned teams.

Candidate Profile:
12 years of experience in Data Entry / Backend Operations / Data Processing.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust attention to detail and data management skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
