Monitor and maintain the hotel’s structure (walls, ceilings, flooring, roofing, etc.)

Plan and supervise renovation, refurbishment, and expansion projects
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil works
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Preventive
Maintenance
Schedule regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid major repairs
Quality
Control
Ensure all construction and repair work meets quality standards
Check materials used and workmanship
Vendor & Contractor Management
Handle external contractors for civil jobs
Verify bills, quotations, and work completion reports
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety norms
Maintain records related to civil works and approvals
Coordination
Work closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, and F&B; teams for maintenance needs
Attend daily briefings and report ongoing work status
Cost Control
Monitor expenses related to civil works
Optimize material usage and reduce wastage
Identify and repair cracks, leakages, seepage, and structural issues
Ensure all civil-related areas are secure and well-maintained
Candidates residing in Coimbatore locations will be preferred
