Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to follow up on company-provided leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and convert them into active clients. The candidate will be responsible for explaining forex market concepts, foreign exchange services, and potential trading opportunities while maintaining professional client communication.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with company-provided leads through calls and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements, address queries, and convert prospective leads into clients.
Explain forex market basics, foreign exchange services, and the potential advantages and risks associated with trading.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups,



client interactions, and lead status.
Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Communicate transparently with clients and follow applicable company policies and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace and handle pressure.
Basic knowledge of forex trading and financial markets is an advantage.
Prior experience in tele calling, cold calling, tele sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
A proactive attitude with a strong focus on client acquisition and lead conversion.
