Industry: BESS | Solar | Substation | EPC Projects

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of 100 MW Solar and BESS projects.
Manage civil, electrical and mechanical construction activities.
Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
Supervise engineering, construction, testing and commissioning.
Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
Ensure quality standards, HSE and safety compliance.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and vendors.
Lead site teams and ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills & Experience
12–15 years of experience in construction/project execution.
Robust experience in BESS, Solar,



Substation or large-scale EPC projects.
Experience handling 100 MW projects.
Solid knowledge of civil and electrical construction.
Project management, team leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates from Solar EPC, BESS, Power Infrastructure and Substation project backgrounds.Role & responsibilities
