Responsibilities
Develop and train ML models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and risk prediction.
Clean, preprocess, and prepare large datasets.
Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimisation.
Build automated pipelines for data processing and model training.
Monitor model performance, data drift, and production issues.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
Robust Python skills with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and handling large datasets.
Understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, cross-validation, and overfitting.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Git.
Basic knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and pipeline automation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
