Job Title: Data Scientist

Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a strong engineering background and hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, GCP, and MLOps. The candidate will be responsible for developing, training, deploying, and managing scalable machine learning models in production settings.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, and validate machine learning models using Python.
Perform feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and model evaluation.
Build and maintain ML training and inference pipelines.
Use Argo Workflows on Kubernetes for workflow orchestration.
Leverage Vertex AI for model training, hyperparameter tuning, and validation.
Manage trained model artifacts using Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
Implement model versioning, monitoring, rollback, and lifecycle management.
Monitor production models, detect model drift, and support retraining strategies.
Ensure model reliability,



scalability, and performance in production environments.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with Python.
Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and CatBoost.
Strong understanding of Feature Engineering, Model Training, and Evaluation.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
Experience with Kubernetes and Argo Workflows.
Knowledge of GCS and MLOps principles.
Experience in taking ML models from experimentation to production.
Understanding of model monitoring, drift detection, and inference pipelines.

Good to Have
Experience with real-time and batch inference systems.
Exposure to CI/CD for ML pipelines.
Knowledge of model monitoring and automated retraining strategies.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
