Salary Package

6–11 Months Experience
CTC: ₹5 LPA
In-Hand: ₹32,800/month
During Training: ₹34,883/month
Post Training (Including Variables): ₹36,967/month
Plus uncapped incentives

8–11 Months Experience
CTC: ₹6 LPA
In-Hand: ₹39,400/month
During Training: ₹41,900/month
Post Training (Including Variables): ₹44,400/month
Plus uncapped incentives

12–17 Months Experience
CTC: ₹5.5 LPA
In-Hand: ₹36,100/month
During Training: ₹38,392/month
Post Training (Including Variables): ₹40,683/month
Plus uncapped incentives

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Relevant customer service experience
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle UK customers professionally
