Safety: Plan inspections, servicing, and repairs while ensuring compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO and secure work practices.
Spare Parts Management: Monitor critical spare parts, maintain inventory records, and coordinate procurement to ensure uninterrupted maintenance operations.
Documentation &
Reporting: Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, equipment history, and maintenance performance.
Coordination &
Improvement: Coordinate with production and other departments, apply mechanical engineering expertise, and identify prospects to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
