Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor haemodialysis machines and related equipment.
Prepare dialysis machines, dialysers, and dialysate solutions before treatment.
Assess patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, and weight, before, during, and after dialysis.
Assist in vascular access procedures, including AV fistula, graft, and catheter care.
Monitor patients during dialysis and identify complications such as hypotension, cramps, and other adverse reactions.
Maintain strict infection control, aseptic techniques, and hygiene protocols.
Document dialysis procedures, patient observations, and treatment records accurately.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology / Dialysis Therapy.
Relevant experience in a hospital dialysis unit preferred.
Knowledge of haemodialysis procedures, dialysis equipment, and infection control protocols.
