About the Role

At Winter, you’ll run finance, tax, payroll, regulatory and corporate compliance across multiple entities . You’ll own the compliance calendar, work with consultants and government authorities, track every filing and notice through to closure, and make sure each audit request has a ready answer.

The goal is easy: no missed deadlines, no surprise notices, and records that hold up when they’re checked.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years in finance, accounting, taxation or compliance
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS and MCA compliances
Exposure to payroll compliance (preferred)
CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred; CS Executive candidates are welcome
Solid Excel skills
Sharp attention to detail and positive written communication
Comfortable working with consultants, external agencies and authorities
You follow up until an item is closed, not just until the reminder is sent

What You’ll Do

Statutory Compliance
Own the compliance calendar and due-date trackers across entities
Coordinate GST, TDS, income tax, MCA, labour and other statutory filings
Prepare and submit regulatory forms and returns, with supporting records for each

Payroll & Employee Compliance
Reconcile payroll reports with statutory filings
Track and respond to notices from tax and labour authorities




Work closely with payroll providers and consultant

Vendor & Banking Compliance
Review vendor onboarding documentation, both domestic and international
Maintain W-9, W-8, FATCA, GST, PAN, MSME and related records
Support bank account documentation and treasury compliance

Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
Maintain entity-level registers and compliance records
Drive annual filings, registration renewals and licence tracking
Coordinate with legal, secretarial and professional advisors

Audit Support
Keep audit documentation and evidence organised before it’s requested
Prepare schedules and reconciliations for auditors
Follow up on open audit queries until they’re closed

Finance Operations
Support account reconciliations and intercompany balance confirmations
Maintain compliance trackers and databases
Prepare clear management summaries of open compliance matters
