Customer Relationship Manager – Relevate Realty

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle customer communication and coordination from booking until property handover and post-possession support.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain positive relationships with customers and act as their main point of contact.

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints.

Coordinate agreements, KYC documents and property registration.

Follow up on customer payments and pending dues.

Coordinate with banks for home loan processing and disbursements.

Share regular construction updates and arrange site visits.

Coordinate property inspections, possession and key handover.

Provide support to customers after possession.

Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports.

Skills & Requirements

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM software.

Good problem-solving and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple customers.
