Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for daily service activities.
Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints.
Schedule and follow up on service requests.
Maintain customer details, service records, and reports.
Coordinate with customers regarding service updates.
Ensure timely completion of service requests.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide support.
Required Skills:
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
