Salary: ₹26,000–₹38,000 CTC per month

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for our International US Customer Support Process. Candidates will be responsible for assisting international customers through chat and providing effective solutions to their queries.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain skilled English written communication.
Manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.




Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements
Excellent English communication and typing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including US shifts.
Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
