We are looking for a agile and people-oriented HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager) to join our team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management and employee exits.
Drive employee engagement, retention and talent development initiatives.
Support performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
Handle employee relations, grievance management and conflict resolution.
Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring requirements.
Drive HR policies,



processes and organizational development initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Desired Candidate Profile:
7–9 years of overall HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
Robust experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
Valuable understanding of employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
