Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented specialists to join the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. The role involves supporting employee lifecycle processes, handling employee queries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring seamless delivery of HR services. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Manage and resolve employee queries through HR ticketing systems (ServiceNow) within defined SLAs.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
Generate, analyze, and maintain HR reports using MS Excel.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely HR support and issue resolution.
Process HR transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor service requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Support audits, documentation, and HR administration activities.

Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Understanding of Employee Lifecycle Management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR data.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a quick-paced setting.
