Service Description

Provide Db2 system engineering services for UBS Db2 for z/OS platforms, including subsystem engineering, lifecycle management, maintenance and PFSET implementation, upgrades aligned to the IBM Db2 Continuous Delivery model, performance engineering, Level 3 support for complex database issues, and definition of engineering configurations for resiliency, recovery, automation, and monitoring. The service ensures Db2 platforms remain secure, reliable, supported, and aligned with UBS architecture standards.
